USP800 & USP797 MOBILE PHARMACY TRAILER

Since early 2019, Odulair has been providing Mobile Pharmacy Trailers that are certified by USP800 & USP797. The first trailer, which has been certified as a USP800 & USP797 Mobile Pharmacy, has been operational since March 27, 2019. This trailer is currently situated at a VA (Veterans Hospital) in Northern California.

VA READY MOBILE PHARMACY UNIT

The requirements for VA certification are significantly more rigorous compared to CETA Certification for USP800 & USP797. Odulair Mobile Pharmacy Trailers not only meet the criteria for third-party CETA Certification for a USP800 & USP797 Pharmacy but also comply with all additional VA requirements. This includes adherence to the VA Design Manual, VA Pharmacy Guidelines, and VA Directive 1108 requirements.

The HVAC system in use does not contain any components that are prohibited by the VA, such as open plenums, mixing fans, entropy wheels, or fan filter units. The ductwork used is rigid home-run ductwork and is made of stainless steel after HEPA filtration, in accordance with the VA HVAC Design Manual.

CLEANROOM TRAILER SOLUTIONS

Odulair’s Mobile Pharmacy Solutions offer a comprehensive three-room setup that includes a spacious ISO 7 Ante Room, an ISO 7 Non-Hazardous Drug (Non-HD) Buffer Room that meets USP797 standards, and an ISO 7 Hazardous Drug (HD) Buffer Room that meets USP800 standards. These mobile pharmacies are equipped with two NuAire 4-foot laminar workflow hoods in the Non-HD Buffer Room and two NuAire 3-foot Biological Safety Cabinets (BSCs) in the HD Buffer Room, ensuring a safe and compliant environment for pharmaceutical operations.

The Buffer Rooms are equipped with pharmacy-grade refrigerators, HEPA pass-thru windows from the Ante Room, stainless steel shelving and work tables, cleanroom-grade chairs, a single action eyewash, and a Janitor’s Closet with a floor sink as per the FGI Guidelines.

The interior walls of the space are constructed using seamless Arcoplast material which is joined together using chemical welds. The floors are made of a single-pour, one-piece epoxy material and feature a 6-inch cove.

The Odulair Mobile Clean Room Trailers are equipped with bacnet capability, allowing for remote monitoring of pressure, temperature, and humidity. Additionally, they come standard with high-definition cameras in each hood and BSC, as well as an app for monitoring work inside each PEC from a computer in the Ante Room.
